These terms govern your use of APK Station. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. APK Station is a third-party app discovery and distribution platform — apps, mods, games, and blog posts are submitted by independent developers, not by APK Station itself, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account — don't share your account with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. User Conduct
You may not upload copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder, attempt to circumvent our security or review processes, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Reviews and other content you post must not be abusive, harassing, or spam. We have zero tolerance for knowingly uploaded copyright-infringing content — it is removed as soon as identified, whether through our review process or a report, and does not require repeated violations before action is taken.
3. Developer & Blog Content
Developers publishing apps or blog posts must follow the Developer Agreement. Apps are manually reviewed before going live; blog posts are not pre-reviewed, but any content — app or blog — that violates these terms may be removed at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
The APK Station name, logo, and site design are our property. Apps, mods, and other content remain the property of the developers who submit them, per the Developer Agreement. All trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.
5. Copyright & DMCA
We respond to valid copyright infringement notices. See our Copyright / DMCA page for how to submit a notice or counter-notice.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
All content on APK Station is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any app is free of defects or malicious code beyond our manual review process.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APK Station is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any downloaded content.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including copyright infringement — a single confirmed instance is sufficient grounds, not only repeated ones — without prior notice in serious cases. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for how.
9. Advertising
APK Station is supported by advertising, including through Google Ads. Content standards on this site, including our copyright policy, are maintained in part to comply with advertising network requirements — pages or accounts found to host or link to infringing or otherwise non-compliant content may have advertising disabled on them, independent of any other action taken under these terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
